In addition to the WhatsApp Cloud API, the Meta-owned messaging app is also planning to provide advanced and optional tools, including the ability to claim a custom and personal short link, the WhatsApp update tracker WaBetaInfo report mentioned. There will be a couple of more exclusive features to Business accounts with the WhatsApp premium subscription plans.

The report further mentions that there is something more that will allow Business accounts to link up to 10 devices. “Thanks to multi-device capabilities, an additional way for businesses to manage their chats with customers better,” WaBetaInfo report mentioned. Though, these two features will be optional and they can be enabled by subscribing to WhatsApp Premium. It will be like a subscription plan available right within the WhatsApp Business app. By paying a certain fee in the future, WhatsApp business accounts will be able to access these features. These additional features will help businesses to communicate with their customers better and easier. WhatsApp is all set to boost the small and medium businesses with its features.

Sadly, there is no further information available regarding these features. But WhatsApp mentioned that it will reveal additional features in the future.
